this particular T. V. is Awsome!!We originally ordered an element 60hz and it had been horrible! So I took this back and ordered this one. The picture is crystal clear. However, we do have the HD dish programing along with dvr receiver which helps, the dish before we switched everything over to HD afforded a slightly distorted graphic but nothing bad enough for making me send it back like the other tv. The sound is usually amazing! The first tv seemed like an 80′s audio system from a middle education. This one sounds just like Samsung LCD TV it should. No surround sound required if the fine with having the sound just right infront of you, that we am perfectly fine with because concerning a baby and would never uncover “use” a surround good anyway. I will say any particular one thing that takes getting used to is the snapshot, because of the 240hz it can be exactly like you is the one holding the camera following the people around. The best i can think of to compare it to will be like a soap opera as well as filmed stage play, or the deleted scenes from movies- before the many editing. So, I think that film makers can need to step up the graphics to remain ahead of these different tv hz. It will take the latest movie and make it appear to be a buget film due to how vivid and true it looks, its for instance 3d without being still renders. You see everything the particular camera guy sees. this makes scary movies, ultra scary because are going to running right at everyone behind the camera, it makes me wonder that a camera guy has previously punched someone because he got lost within the scene. Anyway, great get! I’d do it all over again. If your livingroom can hold it, get the 60″. This tv makes me want a 60 although it would totally be life like then.
